ADVISORY INQUIRIES

Choose the support your business needs

Start with the decision, plan or operating problem you need to resolve. These three reviews help founders and small-business owners define the evidence, options and practical next steps.

Current availability: advisory inquiries, problem assessments and scope discussions. Any paid engagement can begin only after the applicable business-license activity has been verified and a written scope has been agreed. A form submission does not mean an engagement is accepted.

Three focused reviews

Choose the closest fit below, then select that service in the inquiry form. If you are unsure, choose “Help me define the scope”.

Focused Decision Review

For: An owner or manager facing one pricing, stock, purchasing or commercial decision.

Problem: You have competing options but need a clear basis for choosing.

Review: Compare the options, cost and cash implications, assumptions, risks and missing evidence.

Deliverables: A concise decision note, options comparison and prioritised next checks.

Excluded: A full business plan, field research, ongoing management and legal or tax advice.

Prepare: The question, available options, rough costs, constraints and decision deadline. Start with a non-confidential summary.

Indicative turnaround: 3–5 working days for an agreed, focused review.

Business Plan & Feasibility Diagnostic

For: A founder or business owner considering a startup, expansion or new business model.

Problem: The idea or draft plan needs its assumptions and evidence gaps tested before a larger commitment.

Review: Customer and demand assumptions, pricing, costs, cash needs, scenarios and implementation readiness.

Deliverables: A diagnostic note, assumptions and evidence-gap list, scenario outline and recommended next validation steps.

Excluded: Writing a complete funding application, independent market fieldwork, securing finance or certifying viability.

Prepare: A concept or existing draft, intended customers, price and volume assumptions, cost estimates and cash constraints.

Indicative turnaround: 5–7 working days for an agreed diagnostic.

Operating Systems & Implementation Review

For: An owner or team whose records, responsibilities or follow-up are disrupting routine work.

Problem: A sales, stock, purchasing or cash-control workflow lacks clear ownership and reliable checks.

Review: One prioritised workflow: handoffs, records, responsibilities, exceptions and review routines.

Deliverables: A simple workflow map, control-gap and action list, tracker or procedure requirements, and an implementation review routine.

Excluded: Software development, ERP installation, ongoing data entry, outsourced management or open-ended implementation.

Prepare: A workflow description, roles, recurring problems and blank or redacted record examples when requested.

Indicative turnaround: 5–10 working days for an agreed workflow review.

Timing is a service target, not a guarantee. The ranges above start only after the licensing gate is cleared, the scope and required inputs are agreed, and availability is confirmed. Missing information, research or a wider scope may change the schedule.

Keep the question and evidence in view

Recommendations distinguish verified information from assumptions. Specialist legal, tax, licensing and technical matters are referred to the relevant professional or authority when needed. A review does not guarantee a licence, finance, sales or profit.

The supplier-quotation comparison guide shows how a defined question becomes a traceable decision. The weekly cash-control resource and reorder and cash example can help you identify the question to discuss. These are educational examples, not client results.

What happens after your inquiry

  • ARBSE reviews your question, service interest and intended outcome.
  • We clarify the decision deadline, available information and scope limits. This is a scope discussion, not acceptance of an engagement.
  • If the licensing gate is verified and the work is suitable, scope, deliverables, timing and any fee are agreed in writing before paid work begins.

Please do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential files with an initial inquiry. Any further records will be discussed separately. Read the Privacy Policy.

Tell us the decision you need to make

A short, non-confidential description is enough. Include the outcome you want and any important deadline; select “Help me define the scope” if needed.
